Welcome to Rediscover Georgia. By booking a tour, transfer, or other travel service with us, or by using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking
Bookings may be made through our website, by phone, through social media, or through other communication channels provided by Rediscover Georgia.
To make a booking, customers may be required to provide:

* Travel date
* Number of travelers
* Other information necessary to organize the requested service
A booking is considered confirmed only after Rediscover Georgia has provided confirmation.
3. Prices and Payment
Tour prices depend on the selected tour, duration, number of travelers, transportation, accommodation, and other services included in the package.
The services included and excluded from the price will be specified in the tour description or communicated to the customer before booking.
Payment terms and, where applicable, any required deposit will be communicated during the booking process.
Rediscover Georgia reserves the right to change prices before a booking has been confirmed.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
If a customer cancels a booking, the cancellation terms applicable to that particular booking will apply.
Where a booking includes services provided by hotels, transportation companies, airlines, activity providers, or other third parties, their cancellation and refund policies may also apply.
If special cancellation conditions apply to a particular tour, they will be communicated to the customer before booking.
5. Changes to the Tour
Rediscover Georgia will make reasonable efforts to operate tours according to the agreed itinerary.
However, changes may be necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, transportation delays, temporary closures, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where possible, we will provide a suitable alternative that is reasonably comparable to the original itinerary.
6. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
Weather and natural conditions may affect travel in Georgia.
Mountain destinations such as Kazbegi, Gudauri, Svaneti, and other regions may experience sudden changes in weather or road conditions.
For safety reasons, Rediscover Georgia may change a route, modify an itinerary, or cancel a particular activity when necessary.
7. Transportation
The type of transportation used depends on the selected tour and the number of participants.
Customers must follow all reasonable safety instructions given by the driver, guide, or tour representative.
Rediscover Georgia is not responsible for consequences resulting from a customer’s failure to follow applicable safety instructions.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are expected to:
* Provide accurate and complete information;
* Arrive at the agreed meeting point on time;
* Follow reasonable instructions from guides, drivers, and tour representatives;
* Take reasonable care of personal belongings;
* Respect local laws, customs, culture, traditions, and the environment.
Customers may be responsible for additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information they have provided.
9. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings and luggage during the tour.
Rediscover Georgia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings except where liability is imposed on the company by applicable law.
10. Children and Minors
Minors must travel under the supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult unless otherwise agreed for a specific service.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the safety and conduct of minors traveling with them.
Certain tours or activities may have age or other safety restrictions.
11. Health and Travel Insurance
Customers are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate in a particular tour or activity.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended, especially for hiking, adventure, and mountain tours.
Customers should inform Rediscover Georgia in advance of any relevant special requirements that may affect the safe operation of the tour.
12. Third-Party Services
Some tours may include services provided by third parties, including hotels, restaurants, transportation companies, guides, activity providers, and other suppliers.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, conditions, schedules, and policies.
13. Photography and Video
Photography or video recording may take place during our tours.
If a customer does not wish their image to be used in Rediscover Georgia’s promotional or social media materials, they may notify us in advance.
14. Personal Data
Personal information provided by customers may be used for booking, communication, payment processing, and the organization and delivery of travel services.
Rediscover Georgia takes reasonable measures to protect customer information and will not use personal information for purposes unrelated to providing our services except where required by law or where the customer has provided appropriate consent.
15. Limitation of Liability
Rediscover Georgia is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond the company’s reasonable control, including:
* Natural events;
* Severe weather;
* Road closures;
* Transportation disruptions;
* Decisions of governmental or local authorities;
* Unexpected closure of attractions or facilities;
* Other force majeure circumstances.
Where reasonably possible, Rediscover Georgia will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative arrangement.
16. Complaints and Problems
If a customer experiences a problem during a tour, they should inform the guide, driver, or Rediscover Georgia representative as soon as reasonably possible.
Prompt notification allows us to investigate the issue and, where possible, resolve it during the trip.
17. Changes to These Terms
Rediscover Georgia may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will be published on our website together with the relevant update date.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Georgia.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
